Cathy joined CCSI’s team as a Wire Room Technician in 2003. At the time, CCSI was small but rapidly growing. Cathy’s hard work, vision and dedication led her to excel in virtually every position CCSI had to offer. From these roles, Cathy gained a vast amount of operational and customer-facing experience, enabling her to build stellar relationships with key suppliers and end-users alike. With her exceptional knowledge of production and value-added protocol, Cathy worked her way up to General Manager where she oversees and directs all operational and manufacturing areas within the company. Cathy enjoys CCSI’s dynamic environment that presents a new challenge every day.

Bill Almon | Vice President of Sales
With 25 years of sales management experience in the mil/aero electronics industry, Bill is Vice President of Sales and based out of Richardson, TX. Bill loves what he does and his upbeat, outgoing personality makes him a favorite with his defense, aero and government customers.

Al Tulini | Director of Quality Assurance
Bringing with him over 30 years of mil-spec and tactical communications manufacturing experience, Al joined CCSI’s team in 2019 as Quality Manager. Today as Director of Quality, Al oversees quality inspection and first article departments, manages non-conforming inventory, manages customer first article requirements, establishes quality standards and coordinates all quality related functions. Al has a hands-on knowledge of company-wide production protocols, process instruction development and implementation, and when not working he can be found hunting, fishing or playing golf.

Sherry LaBrush | Account Manager
Sherry joined the CCSI team in 2013 working in production control, where she would coordinate resources between departments according to the customers’ schedule. Having brought with her 17 years of experience, Sherry is now CCSI’s Account Manager where she enjoys being a team player to ensure all customer needs are met and satisfied. When not in the office, Sherry’s favorite hobby is camping which she finds relaxing and peaceful.

Mike Miller | Methods Engineering Manager
Mike came to CCSI in 2015 as a Test Engineer and brought with him 13 years of experience. Today as a Methods Engineering Manager, Mike oversees the productive process at CCSI and how manufacturing and assembly technicians can most effectively perform their assigned tasks. Mike enjoys the opportunity to face different challenges daily and formulating solutions to those challenges. When not at CCSI, Mike can be found listening to or playing music as he’s a long-time guitarist.

Nik Stevenson | Director of Manufacturing Engineering
Nik joined the CCSI team in 2015 as a Manufacturing Manager bringing with him over 9 years of experience. Today as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Nik is primarily responsible for overseeing Engineering/first article departments, Maintenance, and Manufacturing. With a determined mindset, Nik enjoys the ability to develop close knit relationships with his colleagues in order to collectively achieve the ultimate goal.
