CCSI has over twenty years of experience providing the most reliable engineered cable assembly solutions to military, aerospace, medical, industrial and rail markets. Once an order is loaded into CCSI’s advanced production control system a dedicated procurement team is working to secure factory-new components from US-based manufacturers or authorized distribution sources. CCSI’s lot control system provides full raw material and component traceability as needed to meet FAA and individual customer requirements.
Production Services
CCSI’s facility in Salisbury, MD is outfitted with the most current manufacturing equipment to assure cutting edge production capabilities. Amongst those capabilities is an in-house overmolding program that includes rubber jacketing and molding polyurethane, silicone and epoxy for reduced lead-times and costs.
